Youth Center
Henderson Wellness Clinic is here to improve the health and well-being of LGBTQ+ youth experiencing homelessness and other undeserved youth by providing youth-centered, integrated healthcare and social services. HWC sees anyone, regardless of ability to pay.
Vaccine Services
Like HIV, other common STDs, such as syphilis and chlamydia, often show no symptoms. The only way to know is to get tested. All STDs are treatable and many are curable.
Primary Care
Your Primary Care Provider (PCP) works closely with other members of your care team to help you consider how your body, mind and behavior impact your health. All medical services are offered on a sliding-fee scale to those who are eligible. Most major insurance plans are accepted.
Trans/Non-Binary Health
Henderson Wellness Clinic is committed to improving the health of trans and nonbinary communities. We offer programs that address the unique barriers faced by trans and gender non-conforming clients as well as medical, behavioral health, and case management staff who are sensitive to your needs.
Men's Health
We provide state-of-the-art primary and specialty care for gay, bi, queer, straight, cisgender, and trans men and nonbinary people. Whether you need HIV care, an STI test, or primary care, we’re here for you.
Women's Health
Henderson Wellness Clinic provides holistic services for lesbian, bi, queer, straight, cisgender, and trans women and nonbinary people. From primary care, to hormone therapy and treatment for acute and chronic illnesses, we provide a wide range of health services in a safe and supportive environment.

Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP)
Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) is a medication regimen that you can take if you believe you have just been exposed to HIV. If you take PEP as directed, it can prevent HIV from infecting your body. PEP must be taken within 72 hours of exposure, but should be taken as soon as possible to maximize the chance it will work. If you believe you have been exposed to HIV and are interested in PEP, don’t wait. For maximum effectiveness, PEP should be initiated as soon as possible after potential exposure to HIV.
Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP)
Taking PrEP is a simple and easy step you can take towards a healthy sex life. It’s a key part of a wide range of practices, which include PEP, condoms, and more to have the kind of sex you want. Stop by any of our three health walk-in clinics or make an appointment at one of our clinics across Nevada today to talk to a provider about PrEP.
Counseling & Support
Linkage to Care
We understand getting into care can be difficult. Our Linkage to Care (LTC) team will guide you through the healthcare system to help you get the resources you need to thrive with HIV. Assistance may include accompaniment to appointments, benefit applications, behavioral health screening and referrals, medication assistance and more. Our LTC program works with clients who are newly diagnosed with HIV (within the last 90 days) or those clients who have fallen out of care.
Insurance Enrollment Assistance
Health insurance protects you from unexpected medical costs, gives you guaranteed benefits like free preventive care, and having it is still the law. Financial assistance is available, so insurance may be more affordable than you think. Our Enrollment Staff can help you find a plan that fits your needs and your budget.
Support Groups
Henderson Wellness Clinic in partnership with Henderson Equality Center and North Las Vegas Equality Center offer a wide selection of support groups, from AA, ACOA, Al-Anon, NA and Crystal Meth Anonymous meeting groups that happen weekly.
Case Management
Case management can be critical in the effort to live well with HIV. A case manager will work with you to determine what your needs are and to find the best way to help you. Your case manager will link you to important support services and help find the answers to the complex questions about with living with HIV. They will be available to you on an on-going basis continually monitoring your needs and coordinating services. There is never a charge for case management services.
